- Set up dedicated websites for program management.
- Collect and review submissions from participants.
- Engage judges for evaluation and feedback.
Core Features:
- Website Builder: Create and host branded, responsive program-specific websites. Add multilingual support, such as Arabic and English, for broader reach.
- Submission Management: Centralized dashboards to collect, organize, and manage participant applications and evaluations efficiently.
- Judge & Participant Portals: Separate interfaces for participants to apply and track progress, and for judges to review and score submissions.
- Customizable Forms: Tailor submission, evaluation, and reporting forms to fit the unique requirements of each program.
- Finance Management Tools: Track program budgets, manage participant funding, and integrate financial reports with workflows.
- Communication Tools: Integrated email and notification systems to streamline communications with participants, mentors, and judges.
- Performance Analytics: Dashboards with program performance data and insights to monitor progress and enhance decision-making.
- Timesheet Module: Log team hours with detailed tracking for categories, descriptions, and financial calculations based on hourly rates.
- Admin Dashboard: Centralized control panel for managing users, blogs, pages, and analytics.

Customer Obligations
- Ensure program content is accurate before submission.
- Assume responsibility for changes made to workflows after initial configuration.
Ownership of Data and Content
- Your organization owns all program-related data and intellectual property.
- GrowthLabs retains ownership of its platform and associated technology.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- GrowthLabs will not disclose your data without written consent unless required by law.
- Programs must include privacy policies and cookie consent forms to comply with GDPR.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Avoid tampering with platform functionality or intellectual property.
Payment Terms
- Payments are required in advance based on subscription plans.
- Refunds are not provided for unused services unless agreed upon in writing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Termination
